RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
AREA 5 STORM SEWER AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 98-16
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
bid of OptiCon, Inc., in the amount of $302,815.16 is the lowest responsible bid for storm sewer
and street improvements as specified in City Project 98-16, and the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the
City.
