RESOLUTION 98-090
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT-
1998 SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City
on July 17, 1998, Ron Kassa, Construction, Inc., has
satisfactorily completed the improvement of random sidewalk
repair, commonly known as City Project 98-04.in accordance with
such contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby
ordered, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
3. A one-year warranty on contract work shall commence
upon the adoption of this resolution.
Adoption by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 15th day of December, 1998.
