RESOLUTION APPROVING PETITION FOR PRIVATE IMPROVEMENT
HOPKINS BUSINESS CENTER
WHEREAS, the owners of property located at 10901 Excelsior Boulevard petitioned for
improvements consisting of the installation of sewer and water main service lines
pursuant to Minnesota Statute No. 429, and
WHEREAS, the petition and accompanying document thereto comply with the requirements of
the aforementioned statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
• 1. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed and requested in the petition.
2. That said improvement be in conformance with Minnesota Statute Chapter 429 and
all state and municipal codes, ordinances and regulations pertaining thereto, that
owners obtain the necessary City utility permits at time of final connection, and that
the improvements receive a final City inspection as conditions to this approval.
