RESOLUTION 98-81
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT -
SCADA SYSTEM INSTALLATION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on February 21, 1997,
Twin City Electric Company has satisfactorily completed the improvement of installation of a
supervisory control and data acquisition system, commonly known as City Project 95-14 in
accordance with such contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's receipt
in full.
3. A one-year warranty on contract work shall commence upon the adoption of this
resolution.
Adoption by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 17th day of November,
1998.
