RESOLUTION 98-078
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUB-GRANT AGREEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA, that the City of Hopkins enter into aSub-grant Agreement with the Division
of Emergency Management in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the program
entitled Infrastructure Program for FEMA 1225 DR-MINNESOTA.
Lori Yager, Finance Director is hereby authorized to execute and sign such Sub-grant
Agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of
Hopkins.
I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins at the
Hearing of the Council held this 4th day of November, 1998.
