RESOLUTION 98-75
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT -
1997 EVP PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on October 30, 1997,
Electrical Installation and Maintenance has satisfactorily completed the improvement of
installing an emergency vehicle pre-emption system at certain intersections, commonly known as
City Project 97-06 or S.A.P. 132-030-02 and S.A.P. 132-020-12 in accordance with such
contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby ordered, taking the contractor's receipt
in full.
3. A one-year warranty on contract work shall commence upon the adoption of this
resolution.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 20th day of October, 1998.
