RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
STORM SEWER CONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT 97-15
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
that the bid of Jay Brothers, Inc. in the amount of $ 44,890.13
is the lowest responsible bid for the construction of storm sewer
on 13th Avenue North (north of Maetzold Field) and in the alley
in the # 10 block between 17th/18th Avenues North, City Project
97-15 and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 21st day
of July, 1998.
