RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
CITY PROJECTS 97-12 AND 98-02
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
bid of Hardrives Inc. in the amount of $500,136.90 is the lowest responsible bid for street
reconstruction, utility reconstruction, and mill and overlay construction, City Projects 97-12 and
98-02, and the mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 7th day of July, 1998.
