RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
ALLEY RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT 97-16
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
bid of Gunderson Brothers Cement Contractors in the amount of $57,549.50 is the lowest
responsible bid for the reconstruction of an alley between l lth/12th Avenues North adjacent to
• the U S West Building and the Hopkins Center for the Arts, City Project 97-16 and the Mayor
and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for
and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 19th day of May, 1998.
