RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
NINE MILE CREEK MAINTENANCE
CITY PROJECT 97-13
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
bid of Wickenhauser Excavating, Inc. in the amount of $22,700.00 is the lowest responsible bid
for maintenance and sediment removal at various sites along Nine Mile Creek, City project
97-13, and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
