ORDINANCE 98-818
The City Council of the City of Hopkins hereby ordains as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 1 10 of the Hopkins City Code is hereby amended in its
entirety.
Section 2. The amended Section 1 1 10 shall read as follows:
Section 1 1 10, Taxicabs: No taxicab shall operate; pick up, drop off, wait at any
cabstand; in the City of Hopkins without having first obtained a license from two
municipalities within the metro area, or one municipality and the airport.
Section 3. The effective date of this ordinance shall be twenty days after
publication.
