AN ORDINANCE VACATING DRAINAGE EASEMENT
THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
That certain easement for storm sewer purposes as hereinafter described in favor of the City
of Hopkins is hereby vacated:
A permanent easement for storm sewer purposes over that part of the following
described tract:
Block 43, West Minneapolis, including that part of the adjoining vacated 5th Avenue
and alley in said Block 43, according to the duly recorded plat thereof and that part
of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 25, Township 117 North, Range
22 West lying South of the South line of said Block 43 and the same extended and
North of the South 33.0 feet of said Northeast 1 /4 of the Northeast 1 /4,
which lies within 10.0 feet on each side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point on the North line of the South 33.0 feet of said Northeast 1/4 of
the Northeast 114 distant 348.0 feet East of the West line of said Quarter Quarter;
thence run North parallel with the West line of said Quarter Quarter for a distance of
17.0 feet to the actual point of beginning of the line being described; thence deflect
left and run Northwesterly through a point on the West line of said Block 43, a
distant 384.0 feet North of the South line of said Quarter Quarter for a distance of
480.0 feet and there terminating.
Said easement was granted by that certain Quit Claim Deed recorded December 9, 1970 as
Document No. 4140733.
