RESOLUTION NO. 97-112
A Resolution designating fire lanes at the Oaks of Mainstreet.
WHEREAS, it has been deemed advisable for the City of Hopkins to declare fire lanes on
the Oaks of Mainstreet townhouse complex; and
WHEREAS, said fire lanes have been requested by the Fire Marshal.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
that we do hereby designate the fire lanes on the property known as Oaks of Main street, 1900 to
2096 Mainstreet, to be in conformance with the map of the above dated November 1, 1997.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 18th day of November, 1997.
