RESOLUTION 97-108
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK & ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT -
MOLINE WELLHOUSE REMODELING
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City
on May 30, 1996, M. C. Magney Construction Inc. has
satisfactorily completed the improvement of remodeling the Moline
Wellhouse, commonly known as City Project 95-05, in accordance
with such contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby
accepted and approved.
2. Order for final paYment on such contract is hereby
ordered, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
3. The specified warranty period on contract work shall
commence upon the adoption of this resolution.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 5th day of November, 1997.
