RESOLUTION NO. 97-105
1ST STREET NORTH TRAFFIC CONTROL
WHEREAS, it is desirable to restrict truck traffic to the Municipal State Aid section
of 1st Street North; and
WHEREAS, two additional 4-way intersections will help reduce unnecessary
through-traffic without causing undue inconvenience for local traffic,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins that the city shall maintain: 5-ton vehicle weight restrictions on 1 st Street
North with the exception of 8th - 12th Avenues and 4-way stop sign-controlled
intersections at 10th and 19th Avenues.
