RESOLUTION NO: 97-92
RESOLUTION CONCERNING PAST AWARD OF CONTRACT--
STATE AID PROJECT 132-346-13
WHEREAS, bids were received for Phase I Nine Mile Creek
Improvements on December 10, 1993, and
WHEREAS, eleven bids were received and the bid of Park
Construction, in the amount of $1,044,268.70, was the lowest
responsible bid for this creek improvement project, Project
No. 93-15, and
WHEREAS, City Council of the City of Hopkins, authorized and
directed the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with
Park Construction in a past resolution, Resolution 93-139, and

WHEREAS, such contract was executed with Park Construction
and the project completed,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
1. The City of Hopkins wishes to submit a Report of
Final Estimate for State Aid reimbursement concerning
the above project.
2. The contract award embodied in Resolution 93-139 was
subject to and contingent upon State Aid approval.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 7th day
of October, 1997.
