RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL
1997 ALLEY IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
1997 MISCELLANEOUS SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
WHEREAS, certain private improvements have been petitioned for, and
WHEREAS, certain improvements have been completed, agreements fulfilled, and cost of
delinquent invoices have been incurred,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. The engineering superintendent shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially
assessed for each such improvement, agreement, or delinquent invoice against every
assessable lot, piece or parcel of land abutting on the streets affected, without regard to
cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in
the City office for inspection.
2. The engineering superintendent shall, upon completion of such proposed assessments,
notify the Council thereof
