RESOLUTION 97-76
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK , ORDERING FINAL PAYMENT -
1996 EVP PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City
on November 20, 1996, Ridgedale Electric, Inc. has satisfactorily
completed the improvement of installing an emergency vehicle
pre-emption system at certain intersections, commonly known as
City Project 96-08 or S.A.P. 132-030-01 and S.A.P. 132-020-11, in
accordance with such contract,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The work completed under said contract is hereby accepted
and approved.
2. Order for final payment on such contract is hereby
ordered, taking the contractor's receipt in full.
3.A one-year warranty on contract work shall commence upon
the adoption of this resolution.
Adopted by the city Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 19th day of August, 1997.
