RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
RANDOM REPAIR OF SIDEWALK
PROJECT 97-04
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the bid
of Ron Kassa Construction in the amount of $28,128.45 is the lowest responsible bid
for random repair of City sidewalk, City Project 97-04, and the mayor and city manager
are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on
behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 1 st day of July, 1997.
