RESOLUTION 97-72
A RESOLUTION APPROVING LAWFUL GAMBLING PREMISES PERMIT
CHANGE FROM CLASS IIBII TO CLASS IIA"
WHEREAS, The Hopkins Jaycees have been an important part of the community
for several years, and;
WHEREAS, The Hopkins Jaycees have made application to change the class of
premises permit for Lindee's Saloon and Eatery from class liB" to class IIA", and;
WHEREAS, The Hopkins Jaycees have conducted gambling operations in the City
of Hopkins in accordance with Minnesota State Statues and City Policies;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby approves the change of class on the premises permit for Lindee's Saloon
and Eatery from class liB" to class II A".
