RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
FIRST STREET NORTH IMPROVEMENTS
CITY PROJECT 96-13
BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA,
that the bid of Midwest Asphal t Corporation in the amount of
$327,286.22 is the lowest responsible bid for reconstruction of
First Street North between 5th - 17th Avenues North, City Project
96-13, and the Mayor and city Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on
behalf of the City.
