RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
11 TH AVENUE SOUTH RECONSTRUCTION
CITY PROJECT 96~ 16
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the bid of
Midwest Asphalt Corp. in the amount of $362,296.09 is the lowest responsible bid for the
reconstruction of 11 th Avenue South from the Soo Line Railroad to the HCRRA R.O.W.,
City Project 96~ 16, and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed
to enter into a contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City. Award of bid shall
be contingent upon final plan approval from the Minnesota State Aid office.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th day of May, 1997.
