RESOLUTION NO. 97-25
RESOLUTION SETTING BRUSH AND YARD WASTE
SERVICE FEES
WHEREAS, Hopkins City Ordinance NO. 90-685, section 605.02, Subd. 4,
authorizes refuse collection service charge rates to be set forth
by Council resolution, and
WHEREAS, Brush and Yard Waste collection fall under the control of
said ordinance,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins hereby sets the service charge rates, for Brush and Yard
Waste Collection services in the city service area at the
following rates to be paid to the city upon billing therefore as
follows:

(4'X4'X8' or 3'x2.5'x20')

That the effective date for the above rates be in force in
connection with all billing rendered hereunder from and after
April 1, 1997.
Adopted by the city Council of the city of Hopkins this 18th Day, of
March, 1997.
