RESOLUTION NO: 96-98
RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING
A PRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAT FOR THE OAKS OF MAINSTREET
WHEREAS, an application for apreliminary/final plat SUBD96-4 has been made by Real Estate
Equities;
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows:
1. That an application for apreliminary/final plat was made by Real Estate Equities on
October 31, 1996;
2. That Hennepin County reviewed the preliminary plat;
3. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed and published
notice, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on
November 26, 1996: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard;
4. That the written comments and analysis of City staffwere considered; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for apreliminary/final plat SUBD
96-4 is hereby approved based on the following Findings of Fact:
1. That the preliminary/final plat meets the subdivision requirements.
2. That the preliminary/final plat meets the zoning requirements.
