RESOLIITION 96-79
RESOLIITION FOR HID AWARD
MEADOWBROOR STORM SEWER
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on September 26,
1996, for Meadowbrook storm sewer improvements, and
WHEREAS, twelve bids were received and the bid of Bonine
Excavating, Inc., in the amount of $48,537,50 is the lowest
reasonable bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it hereby resolved by the City Council of
the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, that the Mayor and City Manager
are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Bonine Excavating, Inc., for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City'Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this first day of October, 1996.
