RESOLUTION NO.96-72
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have been an integral part of the Hopkins Community, and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have made application to conduct lawful gambling in 1996, and
WHEREAS, the Hopkins Jaycees have conducted gambling activities in accordance with state law and
Hopkins city policy,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins hereby approves the
Hopkins Jaycees Premises Permit application for BW3 located at 503 N. Blake Road.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 15th day of October, 1996.
