RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
CONSTRUCT ADDITION TO PARKING LOT #500
PROJECT NO. 95-09
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the bid of DMJ Corporation in the amount of
$40,096.10 is the lowest responsible bid for construction of an addition to
municipal parking lot #500, City project 95-09 and the Mayor and City
Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with said
bidder for and on behalf of the city.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 16~' Day of July,
1996.
