RESOLUTION FOR BID AWARD
HOPKINS WELLHOUSE #1 RENOVATION
PROJECT #95-05
WHEREAS, bids were received for Hopkins Wellhouse #1
Renovation on May 9, 1996, and
WHEREAS, seven bids were received and the bid of M.C.
Magney Construction, Inc. in the amount of
$631,000 is the lowest reasonable bid for this
project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Hopkins, Minnesota, that the Mayor and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into a contract with M.C. Magney
Construction, Inc., for and on behalf of the city.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 21st
day of May 1996.
