RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
1996 Residential Street Improvements
CITY PROJECTS 95-16 and 95-17
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA, that the bid of Hardrives, Inc. in the amount of
$581,329.80 is the lowest responsible bid for the
reconstruction of Burnes Drive, Sweet Briar Lane, 7th/8th
Aves. South, 8th St. S. and South Meadows alley, City
Projects 95-16 & 95-17, and the Mayor and City Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 21st day
of May, 1996.
