RESOLUTION 96-41
RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING ON ALLEY VACATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
has determined to vacate that part of a public alley
described as follows:
That part of the north one-half of the alley in Block
2, WEST MINNEAPOLIS, lying between the southerly extensions
across it of the east and west lines of Lot 18 in said
Block 2;
Also, the south one-half of said alley in Block 2, lying
between the southerly extension across it of the west line
of Lot 18 and the northerly extension across it of the east
line of Lot 19 in said Block 2, WEST MINNEAPOLIS, said plat
on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder,
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the vacation of such alley and a
public hearing shall be held on such proposed vacation on
the 4th day of June, 1996, before the City Council in the
City Hall at 7:30 p.m. and the clerk shall give published
and posted notice as required by law.
