RESOLUTION 96-34
RESOLUTION APPROVING INSTALLATION OF A DISABLED
TRANSFER ZONE - 38 FOURTEENTH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City Code makes certain provisions for the
designation of disabled transfer zones on city streets and
the installation of signs therefore; and
WHEREAS, the City Code stipulates applicant eligibility
provisions for such transfer zones and a permit fee; and
WHEREAS, the resident at 38-14th Avenue North has made
application for a disabled transfer zone on 14th Avenue North,
the resident meets the eligibility requirements, and the
applicant has submitted the necessary fee,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
Such application for a disabled transfer zone is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is instructed to arrange for
the installation of signs at the earliest appropriate time.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 16th
day of April, 1996.
