1996-030CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO: 96-30 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING APRELIMINARY/FINAL PLAT AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF COUNTY ROAD 3 AND 11TH AVENUE SOUTH WHEREAS, an application for apreliminary/final plat approval, SUBD96-1, has been made by Jim Justus; WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: That an application for apreliminary/final plat approval, SUBD96-1, was made by Jim Justus on March 2, 1996; 2. That the Hopkins Zoning and Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed and published notice, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on March 26, 1996: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard; 3. That the written comments and analysis of City staff were considered; 4. A legal description of the subject property is as follows: Tracts A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, and K REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. 1316, Files of the Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for preliminary/final plat approval, SUBD96-1, is hereby approved based on the following Findings of Fact: 1. That the proposed lots meet the minimum lot size for the I-1 and B-3 zoning districts. 2. That the proposed lots meet the subdivision requirements. Adopted this 2nd day of April 1996.
