RESOLUTION NO.96-16
WHEREAS, the Hopkins City Council has authorized by ordinance the charging of fees for
a variety of licenses and permits, and
WHEREAS, the City Code allows the City Council to establish fees by resolution,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins
hereby adopts the following fees:
Temporary Food Establishment License - $25.00
Motor Vehicle Junk Yards - $150.00 per year
