ORDINANCE NO. 96-780
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
That the Hopkins Zoning Ordinance No. 545 be, and the same is hereby amended by,
amending the following section:
545.01. Subd. 3. Establishment of official zoning maR The official zoning map together with all
material attached thereto is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this
ordinance. The attached material shall include the Flood Insurance Study for the City of Hopkins
prepared by the Federal Insurance Administration dated May ~~~ June 16, 1992, and the
Flood Boundary and Floodway dated May 5, 1981, and Flood Insurance Rate Maps dated May 5,
1981, June 16, 1992, and December 19, 1995, therein. The Official Zoning Map shall be on file in
the Office of the City Clerk and the Zoning Administrator.
