RESOLUTION FOR AWARD OF BID
2009 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT 08 -10
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS, MINNESOTA, that the
lowest bid of Kuechle Undergound, Inc. in the amount of $1,554,289.94 is the lowest
responsible bid for the 2009 Street and Utility Improvement Project, City Project 08 -10,
and the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with said bidder for and on behalf of the City.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 19 day of May,
2009.
