RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT
APPROVING A PRELIMINARYIFINAL PLAT AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
11 TH AVENUE AND COUNTY ROAD 3
WHEREAS, an application for a subdivision, SUBD94-4, has been made by Wendy's for a
preliminary/final plat at the southeast comer of County Road 3 and 11th Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follow.
1. That an application for a subdivision, SUBD94-4, was filed with the City of Hopkins on
November 29,1994.
2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to published and mailed notices, held a
public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on December 27, 1994,
and January 31, 1995. All persons present were given an opportunity to be heard.

That the written comments and analysis of the City Staff and the Planning Commission
were considered.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that the application for subdivision SUBD94-4 is
approved based on the following Findings of Fact.
1. That the applicant's application for a preliminary/final plat meets the requirements
of the Subdivision Ordinance.
2. That the applicant's application for a preliminary/final plat meets the requirements
of the Zoning Ordinance.
