RESOLUTION 95-13
PARKING LIMITATIONS ON NORTH SERVICE DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on
December 20, 1994, plans and specifications were approved
for the improvement of North Service Drive
(S.A.P. 132-010-03), and
WHEREAS, certain on-street parking restrictions are necessary in
order for the project to be eligible for State Aid funding,
and
WHEREAS, the current parking restrictions along North Service
Drive ban parking on both sides of the roadway, and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvement does not provide adequate width
for parking on both sides of the street,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:

The City shall maintain "no parking" restrictions of
vehicles on both sides of North Service Drive at all times.
Adopted by the City Council of Hopkins, Minnesota, this 7th day
of March, 1995.
