RESOLUTION NO. 95-15
DESIGNATION OF INTERIM CITY ENGINEER
WH EREAS, the position of City Engineer in the City of Hopkins is currently
vacant; and
WHEREAS, the services ofa registered professional civil engineer are
necessary to carry on certain City business; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Hopkins,
Minnesota, that:

The engineering firm of Bolten and Menk Inc. and its designated staff
with valid registration as a professional engineer in the State of
Minnesota shall be named the City's engineer on an interim basis until
such time the City's vacant position is filled.
