RESOLUTION 95-28
RESOLUTION ORDERING PUBLIC 'HEARINGS
ALLEY RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECTS 95-02 & 95-03
WHEREAS, the city council authorized and directed the city
Engineer to prepare reports with reference to the aforesaid
improvements, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has caused to be prepared the
aforesaid reports for improvements in the 10 Block north of
Mainstreet between 6th and 7th Avenues (Proj. 95-02) and in
the 100 Block south of 2nd Street N.E. between Monroe and
Jackson (Proj. 95-03),
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Hopkins,
Minnesota:

The Council will consider the aforesaid improvements in
accordance with the reports and the assessment of
abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the alley improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429 at estimated total costs of $28,100 for
Project 95-02 and $36,900 for Project 95-03.
2. Public hearings will be held in the Council Chambers of
the City Hall at 1010 First Street South on Tuesday,
the 16th day of May, 1995 to consider said
improvements. The hearing times are as follows:

The city clerk shall give mailed and published notice
of said hearings and improvements as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 18th day
of April, 1995.
