RESOLUTION FOR BID AWARD
NORTH SERVICE DRIVE AND INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.270
PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, bids were received and opened on April 14, 1995, for
North Service Drive Improvements (SAP 132-010-03) and
associated private improvements at Eisenhower School, and
WHEREAS, six bids were received and the bid of Midwest Asphalt
Corporation, in the amount of $363,857.14, is the lowest
responsible bid,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into a contract with
Midwest Asphalt Corporation, for and on behalf of the City
and Independent School District No. 270.
Adopted by the City council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota,
this 2nd day of May, 1995.
