RESOLUTION APPROVING PETITION FOR PRIVATE IMPROVEMENT
10 6TH AVENUE NORTH
WHEREAS, the owners of property located at 10 6th Avenue North,
Hopkins, Minnesota, have petitioned for an improvement
consisting of the reconstruction of a parking lot pursuant
to Minnesota Statute No. 429.031, Subd. 3; and
WHEREAS, the petition and accompanying documents thereto comply
with the requirements of the aforementioned statute.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed and requested
in the petition.
2.
That the Engineering Superintendent be directed to include
the plans and specifications for construction and
installation of the parking lot in the bid documents of the
pending alley reconstruction project.

3.
That said installation and construction be in conformance
with Minnesota Statute Chapter 429 and all state and
municipal codes, ordinances and regulations pertaining
thereto.
Adopted by the city Council of the City of Hopkins this 6th day
of June, 1995.
