APPROVAL OF REGISTERED LAND SURVEY
HOPKINS ACTIVITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the city of Hopkins has attempted to record a quit
claim deed concerning ownership of the Hopkins Activity Center at
the Renaissance Apartment site, and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Recorders Office has denied
recording that deed, and
WHEREAS, the Hennepin County Recorders Office has agreed to
a registered land survey as a means to record the City's interest
in the Renaissance Complex,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
HOPKINS, MINNESOTA:
1. The registered land survey hereto attached is approved.
2. The Mayor and city Clerk are authorized to provide their
signatures to the official registered land survey.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 3rd
day of October, 1995.
