RESOLUTION NO. 95-96
WHEREAS, the Hopkins City Council has authorized by ordinance the charging of fees for a variety
of licenses and permits, and
WHEREAS, the City Code allows the City Council to establish fees by resolution,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Hopkins hereby
adopts the following fees to become effective November 9, 1995:
Conditional Dse Perniits~
C.D.P. for fences, signs, and uses: $150.00
C.D.P. for construction projects valued up to $1,000,000: $250.00
C.D.P. for construction projects valued over $1,000,000: $500.00
Stormwater Plan Review for new projects: Actual cost of the study.
Traffic/parking studies for new projects:
Actual cost of the study.
Taxable /Tax Exempt Bond Administration: 3/4 of 1 % of the issue. The current application
fee of $5,000 will be applied to the administration fee.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 8th day of November, 1995.
