RESOLUTION 95-108
RESOLUTION APPROVING INSTALLATION OF A DISABLED
TRANSFER ZONE - 50 SEVENTH AVENUE SOUTH
WHEREAS, the City Code makes certain provlslons for the
designation of disabled transfer zones on city streets and
the installation of signs therefore; and
WHEREAS, the city Code stipulates applicant eligibility
provisions or such transfer zones and a permit fee; and
WHEREAS, the managers at Hopkins Plaza Apartments on behalf of a
resident have made application for a disabled transfer zone
on Seventh Avenue South, the resident meets the eligibility
requirements, and the applicants have submitted the
necessary fee,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOPKINS,
MINNESOTA:
Such application for a disabled transfer zone is hereby
approved and the city Engineer is instructed to arrange for
the installation of signs at the earliest appropriate time.
Adopted by the City council of the City of Hopkins this 5th
day of December, 1995.
