1995-111 o o o CITY OF HOPKINS Hennepin County, Minnesota RESOLUTION NO: 95-111 RESOLUTION MAKING FINDINGS OF FACT AND APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN AUTO SALES LOT AT 2021 MAINSTREET WHEREAS, an application for Conditional Use Permit CUP95-10 has been made by Scott Duneman; and WHEREAS, the procedural history of the application is as follows: 1. That an application for a Conditional Use Permit, CUP95-10, was made by Scott Duneman on October 27, 1995; 2. That the Hopkins Planning Commission, pursuant to mailed and published a notice, held a public hearing on the application and reviewed such application on November 28, 1995: all persons present were given an opportunity to be heard; 3. That the written comments and analysis of City staff were considered; and 4. A legal description of the property is as follows: Lots 18 and 19 also part of Lot 17 lying westerly of a line running from a point in north line of Lot 17 distance 100 feet east from northwest comer of Lot 19 to a point in south line of Lot 17 distance 28 feet east from southwest comer of said Lot 17 excluding road, Block 13 , West Minneapolis Third Division. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the application for Conditional Use Permit CUP95-10 is hereby approved based on the following Findings of Fact: 1. An auto sales lot is permitted with a conditional use permit in the B-3 zoning district. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that application for Conditional Use Permit CUP95-10 is hereby approved based on the following conditions: 1. 2. 3. That the site is allowed nine parking spaces for sale vehicles. That the applicant can not store vehicles on the site in the drive aisles. That the conditional use permit is reviewed by the Zoning and Planning Commission and the City Council one year after approval.
