RESOLUTION NO. 94-09
RESOLUTION APPROVING INSTALLATION OF A DISABLED
TRANSFER ZONE - THE CHURCH OF ST. JOHN THE EVANGELIST
WHEREAS, the City Code makes certain provisions for the designation of
disabled transfer zones on city streets and the installation of
signs there for, and
WHEREAS, the City Code stipulates applicant eligibility provisions for
such transfer zones and a permit fee, and
WHEREAS, The Church of st. John the Evangelist has made application
for a disabled transfer zone on Interlachen Road north of Boyce
Street, meets the eligibility requirements, and has submitted the
necessary fee,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the city Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota:
Such application for a disabled transfer zone is hereby approved
and the City Engineer is instructed to arrange for the
installation of signs at the earliest appropriate time.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins, Minnesota, this
1st day of February, 1994.
