RESOLUTION NO. 94-18
RESOLUTION ORDERING A PUBLIC HEARING
TO CONSIDER RECONSTRUCTING THE STREETS
WITHIN THE OAKRIDGE SOUTH AREA
WHEREAS, the City Council authorized and directed the preparation of a
report with reference to improvement of the streets within
the oakridge South area; and
WHEREAS, the engineering firm of Bolton and Menk, In~. has prepared
the aforesaid report for the improvement herein described.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of Hopkins,
Minnesota:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in
accordance with the report and the assessment of
abutting the non-abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the street improvements within the
Oakridge South area pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $277,953.50.
2. A public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers
of the city Hall at 1010 First street South on Tuesday,
the 15th of March, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. to consider said
improvement. The city clerk shall give mailed and
published notice of said hearing and improvement as
required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 15th day of
February, 1994.
