RESOLUTION NO. 94-29
RESOLUTION ORDERING THE
INSTALLATION OF 15 MINUTE PARKING ONLY SIGNS
IN FRONT OF 34 TENTH AVENUE SOUTH
WHEREAS, the Open Circle Adult Day Care Center will be moving their
program into the building at 34 - 10th Avenue South in March of
1994, and
WHEREAS, their program consists of disabled adults being dropped off
and picked up in front of their building throughout the entire
day; and
WHEREAS, to ensure the area in front of the building remains open
throughout the day for drop off and pick up service the Open
Circle Adult Day Care Center is requesting a "15 Minute Parking
Only, 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday" zone be established
in front of their building; and
WHEREAS, the City of Hopkins has determined that these parking
restrictions would not impact any adjacent properties and are
therefore reasonable,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of
Hopkins, Minnesota hereby establishes a "15 Minute Parking Only,
7: 00 a. m. - 6: 00 p. m., Monday - Saturday" zone in front of 34
10th Avenue South and directs staff to install the apropriate
signs for the parking restrictions.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 15th day of
March, 1994.
