RESOLUTION NO: 94-34
RESOLUTION ORDERING PUBLIC HEARINGS
WHEREAS, the City Engineer for the city of Hopkins has been
authorized and directed to prepare reports with reference to
the improvement of two alleys by way of reconstruction with
concrete; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has prepared the aforesaid reports
for the improvements herein described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Hopkins, Minnesota:
1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvements in
accordance with the report and the assessment of
abutting and non-abutting property for all or a portion
of the cost of the improvement of:
a) Alley "A" - 400 Block between 12th/13th Avenues
North at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $19,600.00
b) Alley "B" - 100 Block between 9th/10th Avenues
North at an estimated total cost of the
improvement of $21,475.00
Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429.
2. A public hearing will be held in the Council Chambers
of the city Hall at 1010 First Street South on Tuesday,
the 3rd day of May, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. in the case of
Alley "A" and 7:40 p.m. in the case of Alley "B" to
consider said improvements. The City Clerk shall give
mailed and published notice of said hearing and
improvements as required by law.
