RESOLUTION NO: 94-51
RESOLUTION APPROVING INSTALLATION OF A DISABLED
TRANSFER ZONE - 904 SECOND STREET NORTH
WHEREAS, the City Code makes certain provisions for the
designation of disabled transfer zones on city streets and
the installation of signs therefore; and
WHEREAS, the City Code stipulates applicant eligibility
provisions for such transfer zones and a permit fee; and
WHEREAS, the resident at 904 Second Street North has made
application for a disabled transfer zone on Second Street
North in front of the home, meets the eligibility
requirements, and has submitted the necessary fee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of the City
of Hopkins, Minnesota:
Such application for a disabled transfer zone is hereby
approved and the City Engineer is instructed to arrange for
the installation of signs at the earliest appropriate time.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Hopkins this 7th day
of June, 1994.
